Jebuzz's Terms & Conditions

Jebuzz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Platform's services.

By creating an account or using any service on the Jebuzz platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Platform.

These terms were originally prepared in Bangla. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered definitive. All Jebuzz services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above.

To open an account on Jebuzz, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must be legal under the laws of your country.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• The account cannot be opened on behalf of another person.

KYC Verification

Jebuzz follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and prevent fraud. Prior to withdrawal, or at any time, Jebuzz may request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

Keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential is your responsibility. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the Jebuzz support team immediately.

When placing bets on Jebuzz, the following rules apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Jebuzz itself cancels the relevant event.

Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

• Minimum bet: ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market.
• Jebuzz sets the maximum winnings per event, which are subject to change.

Odds & Results

The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are final. If incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, Jebuzz reserves the right to void the affected bet. Official results from the relevant sports authority are considered final for settlement purposes. If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded in accordance with Jebuzz's standard rules.

Multiple bets can be combined into an accumulator. If any single leg loses, the entire accumulator is considered lost. Jebuzz reserves the right to investigate and void bets where suspicious or unusual betting patterns are identified.

Jebuzz supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — as well as bank transfers.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

Jebuzz periodically offers welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is applicable once per account only.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 5x to 30x).
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period and will expire once the validity period ends.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Jebuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. The terms of specific promotions will be governed by the conditions stated on that promotion's page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jebuzz platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Participation in match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Transacting through a third-party account.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Cheating or harassing other users.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Assisting minors in opening an account.

Jebuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Upon closure, any verified balance (subject to wagering requirements) will be returned. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

Jebuzz believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not a compulsion. We care about every member's mental and financial well-being, which is why Jebuzz offers a range of responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake limit per bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a betting break for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You may temporarily or permanently close your own account at any time.
